WHY DO WE NEED TO DOWN PAYMENT FOR COD?

Down payment is required to avoid fake, troll, & spam orders. Once down payment is sent orders will be processed normally.

Down payment is an assurance also from our store that it is not a fake order.

HOW CAN I KNOW THE REMAINING BALANCE FOR COD?

To calculate your remaining balance, simply subtract the required down payment, which is based on your total order amount.

₱500 DP = (₱1 - ₱2999 ORDERS)
₱1000 DP = (₱3000 - ₱6999 ORDERS
₱2000 DP = (₱7000 - ₱9999 ORDERS
₱3000 DP = (₱10,000 - ₱20,000 ORDERS)

(Example: 1500 TOTAL - 500DP = 1000

Remaining balance + Ship Fee + COD Handling Fee = TOTAL COD BALANCE

PLACED AN ORDER BY ACCIDENT

You can contact us via email or instagram and we can void/cancel the order.

ARE ANY PURCHASES FINAL SALE?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour after payment.

Any approved cancellation will be subject to a ₱150 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

After 1 hour, the order will be considered final and non-cancellable.

FAILED PAYMENT WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To ensure smooth transactions and prevent misuse of our ordering system, we have a strict policy for failed or unpaid orders:

1st Failed Payment – You have 2 more chances to place an order.

2nd Failed Payment – You have 1 last chance to place an order.

3rd Failed Payment – No more orders will be accepted from your account.

Any new orders will be automatically cancelled without notice.

If you successfully complete a payment, your most recent failed payment will be removed and your count will be reset so you have nothing to worry about.

Please make sure to complete payments on time to avoid account restrictions and automatic order cancellations.

CAN I CHANGE MY ITEM?

Yes you can change your item. After placing an order notify us as soon as possible and send us a screenshot of the specific item you want to change. We will be accepting within 1 hour after placing an order.

FAQs (SHIPPING & RETURNS)

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs depends on a specific item that you are buying. Example (TEE) It will only cost 90php. You can check the shipping fee at the check-out.

Cash on Delivery has a different shipping fee because there is a COD Handling Fee

COD HANDLING FEE WILL APPLY TO YOUR ORDER, WITH THE AMOUNT VARYING BASED ON THE REMAINING BALANCE OF YOUR PURCHASE.

(Example: ₱2,000 x 2.75% =  ₱55.00 Handling Fee)

PRE-ORDER TAKING TOO LONG WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The most important thing to do is to remain calm and patien especially for pre-orders. Rest assured, your item will arrive as expected.

We are sending emails for the orders that has any problems so you can expect that your order will be delayed.

RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM HOW CAN I RETURN?

If you have received a wrong item. Send us proofs. Once confirmed we will send a shipping barcode for J&T and we will send a shipping fee for the return.

Drop by to the nearest J&T Branch and show them the barcode. After that your exchange will take 7-20 days again for it.

DELAYED PRE-ORDER SHIPMENT WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sending emails for the orders that has any problems so you can expect that your order will be delayed.

You must remain calm and be patient since we are doing are best to make sure that your order arrives safely and you will get the correct item.

COD SHIPMENT IS ON THE WAY CAN I CANCEL IT?

Sorry but it cannot be cancelled all sales final. If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal to accept the item, we will require full payment in advance for any future attempts to reship the item to your location.

This measure ensures that orders are fulfilled smoothly and helps us avoid repeated failed deliveries.
