7-20 days estimated arrival to PH (excluding weekends and holidays)

(Orders may subject for delay as we do not have a control of the logistics)

Once your order arrives, orders will be shipped & it will be sorted and thoroughly checked before shipping. 

  • 1-3 DAYS LAGUNA TO NCR
  • 2-5 DAYS LUZON TO LUZON
  • 3-7 DAYS LUZON TO VISAYAS
  • 4-8 DAYS LUZON TO MINDANAO
  • 5-7 DAYS LUZON TO ISLANDS

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for meeting specific rush dates, as we can only provide estimated delivery times. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?  Please note that you cannot track your order while it is in transit overseas. The estimated arrival time is 7–20 days. Once it has arrived in the Philippines, you will then be able to track your order locally. A tracking number will be sent to your email

ON-HAND ITEMS

All orders will be shipped together on the shipping day

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Down payment is required to avoid fake, troll, & spam orders. Once down payment is sent orders will be processed normally.

DOWN PAYMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED TO YOUR TOTAL ORDER
₱500 DP = (₱1 - ₱2999 ORDERS)

₱1000 DP = (₱3000 - ₱6999 ORDERS)
₱2000 DP = (₱7000 - ₱9999 ORDERS)
₱3000 DP = (₱10,000 - ₱20,000 ORDERS)

ORDERS OVER  ₱20,000 AND ABOVE CONTACT US FIRST.

(NOTE: COD SHIP FEE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE CALCULATED SHIP FEE)

(NOTE: COD HANDLING FEE WILL APPLY TO YOUR ORDER, WITH THE AMOUNT VARYING BASED ON THE TOTAL VALUE OF YOUR PURCHASE.)

(Example: ₱2,000 x 2.75% =  ₱55.00 Handling Fee)


FAILED DELIVERY FOR COD

Three failed delivery attempts, the item will be returned and future shipping fees will be doubled to cover prior costs.

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal to accept the item, we will require full payment in advance for any future attempts to reship the item to your location.

This measure ensures that orders are fulfilled smoothly and helps us avoid repeated failed deliveries.


FAILED PAYMENT POLICY

To ensure smooth transactions and prevent misuse of our ordering system, we have a strict policy for failed or unpaid orders:

1st Failed Payment – You have 2 more chances to place an order.

2nd Failed Payment – You have 1 last chance to place an order.

3rd Failed Payment – No more orders will be accepted from your account.

Any new orders will be automatically cancelled without notice.

If you successfully complete a payment, your most recent failed payment will be removed and your count will be reset so you have nothing to worry about.

Please make sure to complete payments on time to avoid account restrictions and automatic order cancellations.
